How long does it take to start working with the storytellers?

After selecting your service and scheduling the first call, your storyteller will confirm the booking and be connected to you via email by the next business day (keep an eye on spam). We will typically reply within just a few hours. If you haven’t heard from us by then, call 415.913.0717.

How long does it take to complete the packages?

Typically, it takes 2-4 weeks to complete a written session, depending on your schedule, the storyteller’s schedule, and how many edits we go through. Communicate upfront if this timeframe does not work for you.

What if I am not satisfied?

Please communicate with your storyteller to work toward a resolution. This resolves nearly every case. Once projects are complete, a refund cannot be issued.
